Fishcakes
Homemade fish cakes. Haddock, cod, salmon, potato, parsley, horseradish, spring onion, smoked salmon and brown shrimp, with a coating of flour, cornflour, paprika, sea salt, pepper and breadcrumbs, fried in coconut oil. Served with peashoots in a lemon maple dressing and creme fraiche based sauce with chargrilled cucumber and dill.
